We are certainly not a suitable facility for those who want to come drown in alcohol and party all night. Please, book somewhere else....
During the day, we go hiking or cycling. In the afternoon we swim at sunset on a gravel pit near Zaječí or in the evening we go to the Thermal in Mušov (within a 15-minute drive) to warm up in the thermal water, we cycle around the dam and also on the Dyje by kayak. You can enjoy everything here with us!
In the evening, it's perfect to take a walk around the village and make a few stops for a deck of local wine in local wine cellars.
If you also like to spend the evening with a glass of wine or beer and listen to cicadas with your partner, chat, look at the stars, you are ideally non-smokers and prefere active holiday while exploring the surroundings by bike or cycling, then you are in the right place and you will be welcomed.
If you are looking for a place where you can party all nights with friends, you are looking forward to drinking beers combined with hard liquor, you plan to daily prepare night barbecue, you can't imagine an evening without cigarettes, you would miss loud music and other recorded scenery, then please don't come to us! After the first such day and night, we would ask you to leave our mini-resort to secure those who are looking for peace and privacy. We keep the night silence at 10 p.m., we don't grill on coals, we are non smoking place, the only exception is to smoke outside the challets the electornic cigaretes. Groups of party-tigers are not welcomed. External visits are not possible.
Our season is from Easter till end of November based on weather forecast and events. Bookings for new season we collect from Christmas time (around 20th December for next summer).
You can book your holiday during the summer (July and August) for at least 5 nights, other months like April, May, June, September, October and November for 3 nights. Last minute also for 2 nights.
The garden houses and challets are for couples. The only exception is family challet for 4 guests (2pairs or family).

There will be organized the walking tours through the wineyards around the village with story telling about the history of the place, winegrowing and also together we will taste up to 6 different local wines right in the wineyards. (4km-5 to 7 samples of wine-2hours/

Garden House
It is nice historical house for couple which is comfortable, quite, and ideally cold in warm days during the summer. In cold autumn evening you can heat up in the wood burning stove.
It is equipped with kitchennete, double bed, shower, terrace, its own bike depot.

Tours and trips - our tips?
It is only few kilometres on bike or car or public transport to reach beautiful castle of LEDNICE with exceptional baroque garden. Mikulov city has kind of italian charm - the castle builded on the rock, the chapple on the other side of the city, jewish ghetto and synagogue, lots of cafes and restaurants. All around Palava white lime stone hills. Ideal hilly tours for nordic walking.
There are also several places to go swimming. Natural pods or modern swimming pools and aqualand are nearby.
Right in Pavlov you can rent a e-bike (comp. Moravia Adventures) or normal bikes.

Restaurants and cafes in our village
You can dine in Pavlov at the Bobule restaurant just opposite the cottage. They have well-treated beer and modern cuisine with above-standard hygiene. You can sit inside or in the garden behind the restaurant. Nearby is the Iris Hotel, which has a good wellness and especially a pleasant summer terrace and good gastronomy, and the outdoor seating of the Pavlov Hotel is also very nice.
Next to Iris at the Municipal Office below the church, there is an inn U Jurigů with seating inside, where there is a beautiful tiled stove, on the doorstep or on a large nice terrace near the bar. That's probably where I like to sit the most. There is also a café, a sektbar and many wine shops and wine cellars in the village. A new project is the café-bar Sousedi, the Food Truck standing in the parking lot below our cottage on the way to the YachtClub or the posh place Marinada.
Sauvignon was praised by a few acquaintances at the Paulus winery, which is at the very top of Pavlov. Then the journey around the wayside shrine to the ruins of Děvičky Castle begins. If you have a bottle and you want to drink it and enjoy the view, then sitting on a bench at this wayside shrine is definitely worth it in the evening. <br>
Department store COOP
The COOP grocery store is well stocked with food, drinks, cold cuts and fresh pastries. It is open 7 days a week during the season. We recommend that you go for fresh pastries and sausages and cheeses in the morning and have breakfast on your doorstep or veranda in the morning. There are large supermarkets Lidl and Tesco in nearby Mikulov, and Lidl and Kaufland in Hustopeče.
What about the day on the river canoeing
In good weather, we recommend ordering a canoe or kayak to be brought under the outlet of the Nové Mlýny reservoirs and go down the Dyje and Zámecká Dyje. You will spend a beautiful day in the middle of the unspoiled nature of floodplain forests. The river here is undemanding, suitable even for beginners and families with children. Swimming is fine, for example, at the bridge in Nejdek, where there is also a nice refreshment stand.
And another attractive option is to meet at the weir in Břeclav and embark and head towards the confluence of the Morava and Dyje rivers on the border of the three states of Slovakia, the Czech Republic and Austria, and along the way swim and watch the huge fishing ripples on the Austrian shore.
